Roam Wyld is a travel organization app that helps you store trips, track bookings, view entry requirements, access emergency contacts, and import travel confirmations from email. The app is provided as-is and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
If you choose to use Gmail Import, you authorize Roam Wyld to request read-only access to your Gmail account via Google OAuth to search for travel confirmation emails. Specifically:
Roam Wyld's use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
You own the trip and booking data you create in Roam Wyld. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Roam Wyld provides travel information — including visa requirements, entry rules, emergency numbers, currency data, and flight/hotel validation — for convenience only. This information may not be complete, current, or accurate for your specific circumstances.
Always verify critical travel information with official government sources, airlines, hotels, and embassies before traveling. Roam Wyld is not responsible for travel disruptions, denied entry, missed flights, or financial loss resulting from reliance on information provided by the app.
ROAM WYLD IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ROAM WYLD AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR TRAVEL-RELATED LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR $0 IF THE APP WAS FREE).
You may stop using Roam Wyld at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
These terms are governed by applicable United States federal and state law.
We may update these Terms of Service. If changes are material, we will notify you within the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
